Don't waste your money on synthetic CLA from a health food store. If you want the best source of CLA available, it is as simple as eating grass fed lamb or beef. Grass fed lamb also contains four times the amount of vitamins A and E than grain fed meat. So, do your body a favor. Put aside those synthetic products and eat grass fed meat. That is the way nature intended for you to receive your nutrition in the first place.
