Ribs (5-6 pounds)

Oven Temperature: 350 degrees F

Internal Temperature: 170 degrees F

Cooking Time: 20 minutes per pound



Loin (5 pounds, bone in)

Oven Temperature: 350 degrees F

Internal Temperature: 170 degrees F

Cooking Time: 20 minutes per pound



Loin (5 pounds, boned and rolled)

Oven Temperature: 350 degrees F

Internal Temperature: 165-170 degrees F

Cooking Time: 28 minutes per pound



Breast (6-7 pounds, stuffed)

Oven Temperature: 350 degrees F

Internal Temperature: 165-170 degrees F

Cooking Time: 25 minutes per pound
